The terms on which you may use this website. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

Using this site
You may read this site, and contact us through it, for any lawful purpose. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Our content
The text, design, images, code and branding on this site belong to us or to our clients. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site wholesale, reuse its design or imagery for another business, or present our work as your own.
Project work shown here is described with client names withheld. Where a client is identified, it is with their agreement.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but it is marketing material rather than advice. Prices, timescales and capabilities described here are indicative. The only figures that bind us are the ones in a written quotation.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement between us, and neither does our reply. Work begins only when both parties have signed a written scope and quotation setting out what is being built, for how much, and by when.
Project work
Everything to do with a project — scope, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, warranties and termination — is governed by that signed agreement, not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed agreement applies.
Third-party links
This site links to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their practices or their privacy policies.
Availability
We make no promise that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published here, with the date below.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ByteFold is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
